Lily loved the parade!!! We were in Cedar City for the 4th and I was surprised at how lengthy the parade was. We got some sweet seats that were reserved for us by my Dad in front of his studio. He was nice and went there several hours early to make sure we all got them.
Coolest baby on the block! At least while I'm holding her hands down so she can't tear the glasses off her face! She's quite the trendy baby and is often making fashion statements that are ahead of her time. This day she decided that her headband looks better as a bow tie than a hair accessory. It was the hit of the parade and next year all the babies will be doing the same.
When the adorable sunglasses failed to keep the sun out of her eyes, we tried her darling sun hat that my mom bought her. It stayed on about 2 minutes longer than the glasses.
Lily's favorite part was all the kids!!!! Especially the dancers. I think the music played a big part (yes, the pun was intended).
Here's some friends that met us at the parade! Everyone graduated from Cedar High together, except Zane's cute wife Olivia. Normally we don't accept outsiders and we'd kick her out of the group, if she wasn't so sweet. There is a funny reason why Bentley has grass in his mouth...I just don't remember what it was....
How fun that you got to see so many high school friends! It still makes me smile to think about people I went to high school with marrying each other. :)
ReplyDeleteI still can't believe Jordan and I went to prom together! It seems like I went with a completely different person since we changed so much before we started dating.
